I started out with bladder incontinence and after a while of having to wear diapers I have become mostly bowel incontinent also . I usually only mess one time per day and when I do it’s usually a big one , and most of the time I can’t catch it happening in enough time to get to bathroom . Problem is is that I try to limit my self on the amount of diapers I go through in a day , and I really like to go to sleep in a clean diaper . And lately I have been having a big messy accident about 2-3 hours before bedtime. The last couple days Iv stayed in a messy diaper for 2-3 hours just so I didn’t waste another diaper and could still go to sleep clean . Anyone else have this issue ?

Eh, in my (very occasional) messing experience, you want to change to a clean diaper as soon as possible. A messy diaper is the end of the line! It has fulfilled its purpose!
I can see why you'd want to stay in the diaper to get a little more use out of it, but you don't want that stuff touching your skin too long. Hmm... maybe it's just your body's schedule? If you know you're likely to "go" 2-3 hours before bedtime, you might plan your diapering around that. Just a thought.

Are you able to force yourself to poo in the morning ?
I very rarely have a fecal accident during the day or evening if I go in the morning . [NOTE] I often have fecal accidents in the early mornings, sometimes while getting out of bed.

I am more than likely in the minority on this subject. I am not incontinent, but thoroughly enjoy a wet and messy diaper. Ninety-five percent of the time I mess my already wet diaper very soon after I get up in the early morning. So, before bed I make sure that I place some Vaseline and Parent Choice Baby Lotion in all the right places because I like to enjoy the emotional and tactile sensations of my wet and poopy diaper for several hours, sometimes as long as 3-4 hours before I change. By using Vaseline and baby lotion I have avoided irritation and diaper rash. If, however, the mess spreads to the front of my diaper I change right away to avoid a UTI.

Only you can decide what to do.
I don't think 2 or 3 hours is all that bad, IF you do not have sensitive skin and you take some precautions: diaper creams and thorough cleaning after wearing.

I'm in messy diapers overnight frequently. I love messy diapers, whether firm or soft. I only change my diapers when they start to leak.

I am primarily FI . with bladder urgency due to almost constant UTI's . my Dr put it in clear understanding saying "when you constantly drag
you unit through the mud there is bound to be UTI's" .those where his words . that being said. I tend to change FI briefs almost immediately or as soon as practical if out and about at the time. having had skin breakdowns too many times to mention and spending a ton of money on Cavilon swabs/creams and sage wipes, getting that off of me at the soonest is best. surgical options for FI are probably sooner than later in the future .,

Sometimes I do mess my diaper in my sleep. But most of the time I mess my diaper after I get up before my morning change.

I stay in messy diapers for 4+ hours every morning. Rarely do I get rashes (and I don't do much besides lotion + baby powder). I second the emotional and tactile sensations for several hours. I regularly stay in a messy diaper all morning into early afternoon, and a few times it's been all day from early morning to dinnertime sometimes (on days where I don't need to leave the house). My skin has never been bothered. I get why others on this site think it's super gross and unhealthy, but my skin is fine all the time. I never get rashes. And my Mommy loves my messy diapers and keeping me in them. There's nothing gross to me about a messy diaper.

I don't mess very often but when I do I tend to stay in them for several hours. I enjoy feeling my mess around me and since I don't do it often, I like to enjoy the feelings.

I absolutely hated staying in my messy diapers at first but now I have got used to it . It’s not as much of a big deal now for me to stay in a messy diaper for 3 or 4 hours . I just have to worry about the smell when I’m in public because I have became immune to the smell and I don’t notice it so it’s hard for me to judge when other people might . But as far as just having to be in a messy diaper for a while , I’m a lot better about it now . Thanks for everyone’s input

I usualy have a messy nappy between supper and bedtime, at the moment my afternoon shower is after dinner and then it is my bedtime. It just seems to be when my body clock is set to push.
I am trying to get to bed earlier, but at the moment I seem to be going to sleep about 21:30.
Since I usualy wet through my nappy during night, I have to change the bed in the morning anyway, so I just get changed in the morning.
I have no objection to it since it is warm and squishy and makes me feel more connected to little space and more like a baby.
I have never gotten a rash from it so im ok from that point as well.
Sometimes I have a messy nappy in the morning after my morning shower or after breakfast but very rarely, and if that happens I get changed quickly. Because I live with other people I have to get changed quickly if I have a number 2 during the day.
I just see it as re-parenting my inner baby. I dont agree that as a person that has felt like a 1 year old my entire life from the age of 4, that i should be re-parenting myself, i feel I need someone to do it for me.
But hey I havent found anyone to treat me as a baby full time yet, so I try and treat myself as the baby I always felt like.
I eaven say to myself things like "arnt you just the cutest little one" or "whos a good baby boy" and talk to myself like a baby.
I find it also helps me connect to my little space.

Very much in agreement. But, to each his own.

I’m both urinary and bowel IC for which I’m 24/7 diapered, primarily in cloth contour diapers. After a bowel movement I generally don’t change until my diaper is soaked. As for my member being “dragged through the mud” I use a folded terry hand towel for a liner which isolates what’s in back from what’s in front. When wearing a disposable I change as soon as practically possible as they don’t provide this isolation. If you don’t change immediately after messing you may find zinc oxide ointment in the intergluteal cleft, and surrounding area beneficial to prevent diaper rash.

I stay in my messy diaper for as long as I can. When my diaper leaks from being full I will often sit on the closed toilet lid, squish the poop realy good, than carefully remove the wet diaper retaining as much poop stuck to me as possible, than put on a fresh dry diaper, this way I get to wear my poop for another few hours.

Not incontinent here, but I would enjoy being in a messy diaper.
Just make sure to use baby powder or body lotion
